Here’s an overview of the loan-application process
STEP ONE — Apply Now! Getting started is easy
When you’ve selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.
At the appropriate time we’ll order a property appraisal for you.
STEP TWO — Your Loan is Approved and Funded
Your Real Estate Agent or the Seller will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.
We will coordinate with the escrow team and you’ll sign the final papers at their office.

Option 1- for Property Purchases:
Step One- Get Pre-qualified
Your Loan Officer can assist you with getting pre-qualified, prior to choosing your home on a loan purchase. This will add confidence to your shopping experience. You can complete the application online or over the phone with the Loan Officer. Once completed the Loan Officer will send you a Pre-Qualification letter.
Step Two – Congrats on finding your property!
When you’ve selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, the next step is to complete the loan application in our easy to use dynamic format online, if you have not done so in the pre-qualification step, and upload your executed Sales Contract. You can call your Loan Officer to take your application over the phone if you prefer.

Once your application is submitted – everything will move quickly from ordering your appraisal all the way to your full loan approval.
Step Three – leave as is.
Option 2 – Refinance
To reduce your payment, or loan term, consolidate debt Or pull some cash out of the equity you have in your home, complete our quick, easy and secure online application process. Once you completed the application upload your documentation into the portal, you can check out our mortgage checklist to get things moving even faster. Your loan will quickly move through to the processing team and underwriters. You will be kept informed every step of the way!.
